Key phrase extraction, one of the features of Azure Cognitive Service for Language, provides natural language processing. Given raw unstructured text, it can extract the most important phrases, analyze sentiment, and identify well-known entities such as brands. Together, these tools can help you quickly see what your customers are talking about and how they feel about it.
